We Are Now an NDIS-Registered Provider
What This Means for Participants and Families
We are proud to share that Holistic Disability Solutions is now an NDIS-registered provider.
This is an important milestone for our service and, more importantly, a positive outcome for the participants and families we support every day. Becoming registered means our organisation has been independently assessed and approved to deliver supports in line with the quality and safeguarding standards set by the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
For participants, it provides reassurance that the supports you receive are safe, accountable and person-centred.
What Does It Mean to Be an NDIS-Registered Provider?
NDIS registration is not automatic. Providers must complete a formal audit process that reviews:
• Clinical governance and safety systems
• Staff qualifications and training
• Incident management and risk practices
• Participant rights and safeguarding
• Service delivery standards
This process ensures services are delivered in a way that protects participants while promoting independence, dignity and choice.
The Benefits of Working with an NDIS-Registered Provider
1. Quality and Safety You Can Trust
Registered providers must meet strict NDIS Practice Standards. This means participants and families can feel confident knowing supports are delivered by appropriately trained, experienced staff within a regulated framework.
Your wellbeing, privacy and safety remain at the centre of all service delivery.
2. Supports Delivered by Skilled and Qualified Staff
Registration requires verified worker screening, ongoing training, and competency oversight.
For participants with complex health or behavioural needs, this provides peace of mind that supports are delivered by staff who understand clinical risk, manual handling, medication management, and person-centred care planning.
3. Access for Plan-Managed and NDIA-Managed Participants
NDIS-registered providers can support participants who are:
• NDIA-managed
• Plan-managed
• Self-managed
This ensures more participants can access our services, regardless of how their funding is managed.
4. Stronger Safeguards and Accountability
Registered providers operate under the oversight of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
This includes:
• Complaints processes
• Reportable incident systems
• Worker screening checks
• Continuous quality improvement
Families can feel reassured there are clear protections in place.
5. Collaborative, Transparent Service Delivery
We work closely with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, therapists, and families to ensure supports align with participant goals.
Being registered strengthens this collaboration, ensuring reporting, communication and service agreements meet NDIS expectations.
What This Means for You
For participants and families, our registration reflects a continued commitment to:
• Person-centred support
• Clinical excellence
• Respectful, empowering care
• Safe service delivery in the home and community
Whether your goals relate to daily living, community participation, complex care, or building independence, our focus remains on walking alongside you every step of the journey.
